Lori Moshier

Lori Moshier is founder of Noavetus., and has over 25 years experience in health care marketing and administration.  In 2012 and 2013, Novaetus was named by Modern Healthcare as a top 20 provider  of patient satisfaction surveys.

Lori  also serves as a coach for Great Lakes Entrepreneur Quest, a  Michigan-based statewide organization that offers entrepreneurial education and a technology-focused business plan competition for new ventures in alternative energy, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, homeland security and information technology. GLEQ connects early stage ventures to growth capital and business development resources.

Prior to forming Novaetus, Lori worked as a National Sales and Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 provider of home health and staffing services.  She also worked as a Marketing Manager for a $5 billion dollar hospital based healthcare system.  Her expertise ranges from marketing services and products, both to consumers and in business to business situations.

With her strong background in healthcare, Lori has helped many firms in the health care field realize their revenue and sales goals.  She has spoken at national conferences on marketing, administrative and patient experience topics.

Lori’s philosophy of marketing is founded on building a strong strategic message that emphasizes an organization’s unique response to meeting their customer/patient needs.   Her expertise range from comprehensive programs that start from the research and surveys  to the development of a strategic marketing plan, including  the development of marketing tools such as brochures, advertisements, websites, and press releases, etc., and continues all the way through the sales and customer service process.  

Lori has served on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations including Deaf, Hearing and Sign Language Association, and the Metro Detroit Aging Coalition. She also served as a Trustee for a large research grant on Alzheimer’s through the University of Michigan and participated on the Media Hosting Committee for Super Bowl XL.  She is a 1981 graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.
